Born in San Diego, California and raised in Slidell, Louisiana Blakk has cultivated a sound in rap that is made just for him. Since the age of fourteen Blakk has been fascinated with hip hop culture. Inspired by rappers like Wale, Jcole, and Nipsey Hussle, Blakk Gawd has adopted the metaphorical word play within his rap lyrics. When multiple singles out and two independent albums titled,”Loki” and “Blakk Bianchi” Blakk Gawd has definitely been busy making sure his fans have more than enough music to listen to and learn from. Blakk Gawd’s single “Fressh Fressh” featuring PrettyMF, another local rapper based out of Colorado Springs has gained more 168,000 streams on Spotify alone and 100,000 views on Youtube for the official music video. Now Blakk is back with another banger titled,”Dream”. The concept for this single was to expose the purpose of living your life to fullest.
